TERMS & CONDITIONS OF GIFT VOUCHERS:

1. Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. Gift Cards may be used for services performed by Beauty Concept Art & product purchases from the shop or website.
3. Gift Cards are non-refundable & non-redeemable against services  & any other treatments performed by Beauty Concept Art Consultants.
4. Gift Cards can not be reedeemed for cash, sold or transferred.
5. If the voucher holder is unable to use the gift voucher before expiry, an extentsion of 3 months can be requested by email at an additional administration cost of £10.00.
6. Your gift card number must be quoted at the time of booking and the gift card handed to the receptionist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session.
7. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid in Beauty Concept Art booking policy also apply to gift cards – which will be made void at the clinic should you fail to give the required notice. Please check required notice periods based on the value of the booked treatment(s).
